1st time visit this location; prior used Laguna Niguel location which now is Hyundai only service. Arranged to have loner vehicle due expected length of service. Fuel pump replacement (recall) and other scheduled service. EVERYONE I had contact with was polite, friendly and professional. Service advisor (Jose Guillermo) was great and quickly completed check in and got me into loaner. Vehicle dropped off at 8am and service completed 1130am. Vehicle was vacuumed inside and cleaned outside upon return. Very pleasant experience and I highly recommend this location.

Great expereince here. This dealership is a breath of fresh air after dealing with shady dealerships the last couple weeks. Me and my girlfriend had a lot of questions when looking at a used Ioniq 6. To get recall service of my GV70, I first went to Genesis at San Diego near my home and they were terrible. So I drove my car here after making online reservation. This was the best thing I have done in this year. Jaclyn was very kind and helpful. Every employee of here was so nice and amazing. Though I didn't request a loaner car when I booked, Jaclyn offered a GV80 as a loaner car. I was touched. Thank you!

Very friendly staff, especially Jaclyn. She set me up with a free rideshare to and from the dealership and proactively communicated information through the service process. With other dealerships, I usually have to pull information from them. Norm Reeves just opened about a month ago, so they are still getting situated, but their customer service is above and beyond other dealerships.

Service was good. The service agent Jose was very nice. He made sure that he checks warranty before giving me a quote. Upon delivery, my car was not polished after wash. He went above and beyond to make sure the car was delivered polished, helping the guys himself. The people are courteous and nice. Work on the cars seems to be good. My experience with the salesperson Jonathan was very good, he was very laid back and actually listened to me--rare for a car salesperson--when I explained my wants, concerns, and questions. My experience with Dave the sales manager, however, was not quite as good. All the emails I received from him have been quite pushy and assumptious about my decisions. I was quoted a price over the phone, and then when I went to the dealership, he showed some negative number on a printed sheet of paper, and wanted me to pay half of that number.
