Firt time Genesis customer and so far very happy with Genesis of Irvine. Erica was a pleasant, sales rep and was very helpful without being pushy in the least. I’ve had the opportunity to use service and Jackie has been an excellent advisor with good follow through and consistent communication. The moment we parked and walked towards the dealership, Sami had already come outside of the dealership and greeted us at the lot. No other dealership has ever welcomed us like that. During the test drive, he was incredibly patient, answered all of our questions, and never pressured us. The manager is also super friendly and explained any additional questions we had with no pressure to sell. Highly recommend!

5⭐️What a different experience at this Irvine location versus corona or Ontario. Irvine was Way more helpful. Straightforward. And understanding of the customer wants. So I Purchased a gv80 with JASON. And he was phenomenal. Super extra patient (and I’m super needy /picky with 200 questions) always delivered information thoroughly. Very respectful. And his colleagues also were always making sure I was ok if I needed a drink while I wait. And stayed til the late late night getting it all handled. Just a different experience and glad I went here.

This is our first time using the service department at this dealership. Our battery died and couldn’t hold a charge. We had it towed to the dealership, a service rep greeted us promptly and took our information. Wow! Taking my Genesis GV80 to Norm Reeves Genesis for that front-end noise was the best decision. Finding out it was covered under warranty was a huge relief, but the real kicker was the valet loaner delivered right to my door! That's seriously amazing customer service. And a big shout-out to the service advisor, Jaclyn Fernandez, who was great throughout the whole process. Genesis of Norm Reeves, you guys are doing it right!
Due to my car maintenance schedule I recently visited with Norm Reeves Genesis of Irvine. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Jaclyn Fernandes, my Service Advisor. While she and her team took care of my car, I decided to wait for it. The waiting area was very nice and stocked with many goodies. Summarizing, it was a great experience. We had a very good experience. I communicated with Isidora by email the whole time. She was very helpful, fast response, and professional. I mostly made the deal through email. I made my offer for the vehicle, and they accepted. Next, I showed up at the dealership for a quick test drive, and we closed the deal.

1st time visit this location; prior used Laguna Niguel location which now is Hyundai only service. Arranged to have loner vehicle due expected length of service. Fuel pump replacement (recall) and other scheduled service. EVERYONE I had contact with was polite, friendly and professional. Service advisor (Jose Guillermo) was great and quickly completed check in and got me into loaner. Vehicle dropped off at 8am and service completed 1130am. Vehicle was vacuumed inside and cleaned outside upon return. Very pleasant experience and I highly recommend this location.
Great expereince here. This dealership is a breath of fresh air after dealing with shady dealerships the last couple weeks. Me and my girlfriend had a lot of questions when looking at a used Ioniq 6. Julian was patient, helpful, and transparent. Also, Kyle and Elissa who helped us with financing were great. They laid out payments clearly and no hidden fees. To get recall service of my GV70, I first went to Genesis at San Diego near my home and they were terrible. So I drove my car here after making online reservation. This was the best thing I have done in this year. Jaclyn was very kind and helpful. Every employee of here was so nice and amazing. Though I didn't request a loaner car when I booked, Jaclyn offered a GV80 as a loaner car. I was touched. Thank you!

Very friendly staff, especially Jaclyn. She set me up with a free rideshare to and from the dealership and proactively communicated information through the service process. With other dealerships, I usually have to pull information from them. Norm Reeves just opened about a month ago, so they are still getting situated, but their customer service is above and beyond other dealerships.
Service was good. The service agent Jose was very nice. He made sure that he checks warranty before giving me a quote. Upon delivery, my car was not polished after wash. He went above and beyond to make sure the car was delivered polished, helping the guys himself. The people are courteous and nice. Work on the cars seems to be good. Will find out after driving for a few days!
I have owned six different vehicles, all from different brands, so I have spent a lot of time at all kinds of service centers. Genesis of Irvine has been the best service experience I have ever had. I will never go anywhere else. They are under new ownership (Norm Reeves) as of a month ago, and the service advisors here are absolutely incredible.
